Dennis was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job installing a new pump on an existing waterfall and redesigning the stone feature. Would highly recommend him.

This is my second review and second time using this contractor. This time they installed a water feature at our new home. Once again it was a fantastic job and I took his advice on the water feature he thought would look best in my area. Absolutely beautiful, I love it! I recommend them highly.

Work Quality & Customer Service: very Responsive, creative/innovative, flexible, trustworthy, timely, etc. Had to work around two rain days and then allow ground to harden for backhoe work. Had narrow timeline due to our travel plans. Small lot in gated community. At outset, it was difficult to envision 'likely outcome' by talking and pointing. My wife 'knew' what she wanted ... managed to make some adjustments during the actual work process. This was a 30% expansion of existing water lily pond and adding two waterfall/streambed flows. The outcome exceeding our expectations. We sent around facebook fotos and have received numerous compliments. Ran into a snag with electrical wiring and was able to pull in a licensed electrician to solve on a weekend. Ran into some rock and had to work around it Value for Money: don't have valid comparison, so backed down the top rating very slightly. We highly recommend Dennis and his team.

Dennis did a great job! Very knowledgeable and meticulous. The synthetic grass installed around our pool deck looks great! Needed seams were done well! Clean-up was great! Aside from his professional demeanor he also sports a great personality! I d recommend this Contractor without hesitation!!

Dennis was knowledgeable about the product and made sound recommendations for our project. He delivered the project on time and on budget - it was a pleasure working with him. The only reason I graded a 4.0 and not a 5.0 on work quality was really not a reflection on Dennis' quality of work, but rather the fact that the turf was only available in 15' widths, which created "seam-stripes" in the turf - these are supposed to become less obvious over time. We are really satisfied with the appearance overall and would recommend Dennis highly.

On time every work day. Project completed quickly and on schedule. Very happy with the end product. Very easy to work with and always replied quickly to any correspondence or phone calls.

Dennis Slattery- is very knowledgeable about the product. I asked a million uestions and he was always patient when he answered me. His assistant, Joe, and he have a wonderful working relationship and never seemed to mind my questions. They did an awesome job in my courtyard and I would highly recommend Imagine!!

Dennis is easy to deal with and offered innovative ideas to meet my landscaping needs. When they arrived, they went to work and moved along at a good pace and did not dawdle. His pricing seemed very fair.

They were very reliable, honest and helpful. We had them put in a pond and fencing. They came when they said they would and finished the project on time within our budget and also gave us suggestions to make our backyard a haven to enjoy.

Dennis and his assistant Joe were absolutely the best we could have found. Complete 1500 gallon pond and waterfall in 2 days within our budget. Great creativity and very experienced. Dennis was responsive, and completed our project more quickly than I expected. He was knowledgable about synthetic turf, had good recommendations, and I am pleased with the results.

All I can say is, "Wow!" Imagine DWF did an absolutely fantastic job on our pondless waterfall. Courteous, professional and pricing were all much better than I expected. Ditto for their stone supplier.

Dennis did a good job on installing a biofalls and reworking the rocks in the waterfalls. As he promised the water in the pond remains crystal clear. I will call him next year.

The contractor was on time and and knowledgeable about his product. He was very helpful.

Shortly after hiring IDW to replace outdoor accent lighting bulbs, one burned out. We were told that he was using (and we were paying for) long life halogen bulbs. We contacted Dennis Slattery by e-mail twice......with no response. We were concerned about the time of year that he was doing landscaping in our front yard as well. We were told the plants were hardy, wouldn't need much attention because of all the rain we had had and that it wasn't too cold to be planting. Half the plants are dead. We paid Dennis a small fortune for the work as we were anxious to get it done. Apparently customer satisfaction is not IDW's top priority!

We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. We finally have the waterfall we have always wanted. Dennis was courteous, and responsive. The project was completed on time and the cost was as agreed upon. You could not ask for anything else out of a company. Would definitely recommend this company.
