Wonderful customer service. Imagine has performed several jobs for me. Each job was completed promptly with a very high quality of workmanship

They were fast, cleaned up after the trees were cut, shredded the small stuff, left me the big stuff--I ask them to leave it. Was fascinating to watch them work, so competent. I asked them to trim a few branches off some other trees and they did so although I hadn't thought of the other trees until I saw them work. I am totally pleased with the work they did.

So professional friendly treated with such respect and caring individuals that really enjoy their work! Loved just watching the team work together! Serious about what they do! I got 3 bids. Theirs was the lowest and they were licensed and insured. They arrived on time and went over and above expectations. I wiould definitely use them in the future.

Overall good experience the only thing was I asked them to call so I could make sure dogs were inside I did not receive one lucky they were inside already

Showed up in time quality work

Trimmed some large trees nicely without butchering them. Gave some great advice about when to do it again and maintain them

They were supposed to come back and sprat tree sealed but never called or showed up

David and his tree crew were fantastic! I first hired them to top and thin the tree...found nasty bugs and decided to take the tree down before mother nature did it for me...David was out the next week with his crew..overall a fantastic job...will use again

David and his crew were professional, polite, thorough and did exactly what I asked to preserve the beautiful umbrella shape to my gigantic fruitless mulberry tree. Other bidders had insisted on knuckling it but that was not what I wanted. David gave me an extremely competitive bid and obviously knew his tree work. His crew were experienced and very safety conscious. Additionally, they not only chipped the slash, which I wanted to keep for water and weed abatement, but used their chute to place the chips right where I wanted them and saved me a couple of days work spreading them. Can't thank you enough for that added touch. The crew consulted with me throughout the project to be sure it was meeting my expectations, which I totally appreciated. They left the property clean and in the condition they found it, and the tree looked like an arborist had trimmed it. I highly recommend Imigine Tree Service and again, a big shout out for Mike, Chris, Nick the crew, and thank you David Jiminez for your great work!
