My mother and I own a condo in Cape Canaveral, where this company installed a brand-new unit. They pulled the permit, completed the installation, and told us it included a 5-year full warranty and a 10-year defective parts warranty. Unfortunately, only a few months later, we began having issues with the unit. When we called for service, we were told there would be a $100 service charge just for them to come out. Then, after a second issue, I personally drove over to the condo to assist my mother, and when we called again, we were told it would now be $150 for a service call. This is a brand-new unit, and in our opinion, these issues should absolutely be covered under warranty. We are very disappointed because we chose this company based on their strong reputation and good reviews, but our experience with their follow-up and customer service has been very poor. We hope someone from the company reaches out and makes this right. If they do, we would absolutely be willing to update and

This company and its personnel exceeded every expectation we had. Theyâ re locally owned and operated, reliable, competitively priced, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and honest. Immaculate installed a brand new 3 ton unit and we could not be more impressed. They were responsive and patient from the first call through completion of the job, and beyond. Not only do they have access to multiple options for convenient financing for homeowners, but they facilitate the process. You will get responsive communication from their office, and they even registered our warranty for us. Their follow up and follow THROUGH are unmatched. Considerate installers left our home as clean after installation, as before. HIGHLY recommended!

I would rate my experience with Immaculate an A+. I ordered a new air conditioner system after evaluation that mine needed replacement. My unit was replaced by Excellent professional and knowledgeable technicians Bruce and Richard. From the office administration Nabby to the techs Bruce and Richard it was a excellent service. My home went from boiling hot to cold. I cannot say thank you enough.

I m here to rectify my review! The costumer service was really great easy and fast to work with! I was explained why it was better to replace the whole ac unit First I moved to the house 4 months ago The job done here was a not really good job even though the ac unit is new it s not working very well (2015 unit) For now what was done with the clogged pipe and cleaning and everything it s working! But if I need an ac company again I ll probably call the immaculate because I really liked the customer service and they refunded the money visit!

They came on time. Very polite. Felt that the price was to much. It was basically a a/c cleaning for over $300

They are very KNOWLEDABLE, efficient, dedicated, devoted to the customer. Bruce is super and wears many hats, was very professional and knows all aspects of a/c. The lady in office was super too, filled out all the registrations for me and called to make sure all was ok and I told her of a problem and she sent Bruce out at 7pm and they both told me to call 24/7 should I have a question or problem, Great customer service.

This company saved us because they came out when we did not have a/c and it was on the weekend! They were accommodating and the price was great! Very professional. Job well done.

Excellent customer service and professional installation. Answers calls day and night. Never an answering service. Highly recommend.

They were at my house for all of 15 minutes max and charged me $169 for a yearly maintenance that I didn?t approve. The crew trampled all my plants spent five minutes spraying the a/c and sprayed my windows walls and porch with dirt. They put my hose back and crushed my bush. When I complained they said it was $125. I said that we agreed on $65. They finally agreed. I didn't see the mess until they left. When I sent photos they said they would offer me a free maintenance in the fall. I told them I didn't want them back and asked for a refund which they agreed. Very disappointing. I don't recommend them.
