I was very impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of Immaculate Cleaning. I had an apartment move out cleaning and received all of my security back. The girls worked quickly and did a thorough job. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

My home needed some TLC (tender loving cleaning) and that's what I got!! I had a heavy cleaning done and they did a GREAT job. I now am going to have them clean once a month for me. I highly recommend Immaculate cleaning service so worth the money!!

They were very flexible and tried their best to meet my needs.

After waiting two hours for them to show for an estimate, we foolishly hired this company and scheduling for almost a week in advanced. We didn't hear from them at all until we texted them to confirm they were coming the next morning which the owner did confirm 9am the following day they would be here. After waiting all morning I texted the owner to confirm they were still coming. Her response was that she did not have enough girls to do the job today! Never called /texted or anything!!! Offered to come another day. No thank you.

The work was done well, the punctuality and notification of delay leaves much to be improved.

really good experience all around. was a bit pricey but this was a one-time clean so I guess to be expected. otherwise, 5 stars in terms of promptness, professionalism and work quality.

They did a great job cleaning but more than doubled their estimate upon completion of the work.
