Spotless! They didn't miss a thing. I was surprised. and realized that I must have been getting subpar cleaning for most years. This was a deep cleaning, a good idea to get this for starters. Still I have never had a cleaning as thorough and detailed as this one, and I didn't spend a lot of time being specific in my directions. This was a "youngish" group but you could tell that they had great pride in their work. You could tell that Sandie is a fabulous mentor-in-chief. Team cleaning has always been the best, in my opinion, in part because they get the job done more quickly and I can get back into my house, but also because the "team" seems to inspire each other. Well, they certainly inspired me.

She gave us a quote of 140$ per cleaning for our 1000sq foot condo (which included the patio cleaning), and 90$ if we had her clean twice a month. She said we would not be disappointed. She was on time, friendly and professional. But her cleaning job left so much to be desired. The sinks were not clean, the faucets had not been cleaned either. There was debris all over the floors still. When you first walked into the home, there was a powerful smell of cleaner which would have been a good thing but it was because the floor cleaner had never been rinsed off the floors. Walking barefoot in the house was not an option. The patio hose gathered up and laid on top of the spicket, the dirt on the tables was in a swirling design where they just took a rag and tried to clean them off. The patio furniture was filthy so were the floors out there?? when she texted me a few days later to ask what we thought and when we wanted her to come back I felt horrible!! She actually had no idea her work was below standard. I sent her pictures of the sinks and of the corners of the floor where the dirt was obviously visible and told her that there were too many things wrong to bring her back. She apologized, offered a 20$ discount, and asked if she could come back the next day to clean the sinks and re-do the floors. I agreed, but she canceled that morning and we have not heard from her since. The only good thing that came out of this was that she made my old housekeeper look so much better. Super sad it did not work out. I was really looking forward to having a housekeeper that paid attention to detail and did a professional job

Very capable, brought in drop cloths to keep the floor clean. The boss even came to check to make sure I was happy. Will definitely use them again.
