ImmediateBuild, LLC

I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys absolutely earned it. Immediate Build built my patio (screened in pergola) and fence, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. They were honest, professional, showed up when they said they would, and did exactly what they promised. What really impressed me was the pricing. Their quote came in almost $10,000 less than the next contractor, and honestly, I was worried that meant I was sacrificing quality. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The workmanship is excellent, the attention to detail is obvious, and everything looks even better than I imagined. As a veteran myself, I also appreciated supporting a veteran-owned and operated business. These are good people who take pride in their work and treat customers the right way. Finding contractors you can trust isn’t easy these days, but Immediate Build is the real deal. Honest, trustworthy, fairly priced, and they deliver high-quality results. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone looking for fencing, outdoor projects, or custom builds. Five stars all day long.

I had a water 💦 leak.. was frantic.. called them well before business hours.. they answered! And when they arrived..they had the leak fixed and sink replaced before my coffee ☕️ was ready! Will definitely use them again to repair the water damage, best part, they handle the insurance company for me! It’s just really nice to have one less thing to do on the list. Thank You to Ryan & his wife Misty, for taking my early morning call.. and thank you to Joshua, their lead foreman for coming out so quickly. Family owned & local small businesses like this one.. makes a difference!

Ryan and Josh did a great job on repairing our pavers on our patio. I also had them drywall mud and paint our exercise room and it looks so much better! And they replaced the hardware in our basement kitchenette. I appreciate that Ryan was great at communicating when they were going to be there etc so that I wasn’t left waiting around. They were respectful of our home as well and that’s very important. And both Ryan and Josh were friendly to deal with. They are coming back in a couple weeks to do the LVP in our finished basement. I highly recommend their work!

Excellent response time when I first contacted. Estimate arrived promptly. Came exactly on time. Completed job exactly as we agreed. Cleaned up job completely. I would recommend them highly and I would hire them again.

Ryan and Josh did a magnificent job “resurfacing” my old decking with Trex decking and facia. Very respectful of my property in the process. Highly recommend.
