I am 72 years old and have never had to write a negative review, so I am sad to have to do this. The facts are-on 12/23 I called this company to evaluate a toilet flushing problem. They said that a technician would be out between 1-5 pm. I called a little after 4 and they said that the technician would arrive by 5 or a little after. I called to check again around 5:30. They called the technician & he would be here within 30-45 minutes. I am a patient person so I waited . Around 6:30 to 7, the technician showed up and , in a short time, determined that we would need a new toilet. If we would buy the toilet, they said that they could install it the next day and made a note to let the scheduler know, but that we needed to call the office 1st thing in the morning. The technician showed us the text that he got that showed that he did not receive the request until around 5 pm. I guess that we were not even put on the schedule after being told to make sure that someone was here between 1-5 (which we did). So we immediately went out & bought the toilet at Lowe's. We called around 7:30 am the next day & we were told that they couldn't come out until 12/26. We have a house full of people coming for Christmas on 12/25, so obviously, we were stuck & they showed no concern about their failure to honor their commitment. The good news is that I called WillXXXX and they came out to install before 10 am and were kind enough to waive the $69 evaluation fee. If it were possible, I would give 0 stars for "no response plumbing" for wasting my afternoon and not honoring their word & the total lack of concern for my family. My guess is that if they truly cared about the customer they would have found a way. Regretfully posted & great service by WillXXXX

He installed a hot water heater.

He has done a couple of jobs for me, replaced a water heater and fixed a major leak in my kitchen!

They came quickly, were very kind and patient with the 97-year old customer, did a thorough inspection, explained what they thought the problem was and how much to fix it, but didn't pressure her to do so since the problem had resolved itself (probably temporarily) by the time they got there.

Prompt, courteous and efficient!
