Called immediately and scheduled work. We were excited to get the work done. Rain hindered the initial date but never called again. No follow up. The house has sold without drive way sealed. Sad.

"I spoke to her husband on the phone to confirm the date, and he put the work off for several weeks and said he would call back to confirm the date he wanted it started. He never called back. I spoke only one time to this customer."

If I could give Brown's Roofing 10 stars I would. They were timely, professional, trustworthy, polite, efficient, completed the roof on time, and cleaned up as they worked on the roof. The roof looks beautiful! They also performed additional projects, including power washing the house after the roof was completed, painting a face board and so-fit that was too high for us to reach, and replaced a vent board that was missing - all for a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend them... You will not be disappointed!

Workmanship is terrible. Greg never returns calls, only text. Roof leaked after install. After three attempts by Brown Roofing to repair their own install, I had to call another roofing co. to repair the roof Brown Roofing installed.. Very frustrating. Stay away.

"The leaks were caused by blown in foam insulation. I did return and fix the roof problem and I told him that the problem came from the insulation swelling and pushing up on the flashing in a transition. He didn't want to hear that but that was the problem and I did fix it!"

Very fast and efficient service. They showed up on time and removed and installed the new roof in a short amount of time. They also cleaned up all roofing debris and performed minor repairs on my roofing structure without a drastic increase in the estimate. In short I would recommend this contractor to anyone looking to repair or replace the roof on their home.

The team is very friendly, however, communication with the company is very challenging. you would have to followup multiple times to get a response. Also, make sure that you have clearly defined the scope of work to manage expectations and work performed. Goes back to the need to improve communication. Overall good value for the investment.

"I clearly defined the scope of work in the contract and he was provided with two separate estimates. The lower price estimate was chosen and the higher priced estimate was expected upon arrival. He was sent a contract in the beginning and okayed it. When I arrived he expected the higher priced work be preformed that was not on the contract that he agreed to. I did preform the work for the higher priced estimate but he only paid the price of the lower estimate."

Greg and his crew start early and work the whole time. They clean up as they go. Never leave a mess. I like the fact that Greg or his brother are at the site. I know they will see that everyone is doing their job right. Also I have 3 dogs that go in and out the dog door. The guys never left the gates open. When one of the men was changing a downspout, he let me know so I could keep my dogs in the house. Greg showed me pictures of my new roof...beautiful. Even the gutters look great. Great job guys. I would definitely recommend

Though it took a while to get them to come, throughout the process I was kept informed of the schedule changes and the reasons why. As for integrity, honesty, and quality of work (i was provide photos) at a fair price you did not give me enough stars to rate them positively. This is a good company, owned and run by people of character..
