He came at 7pm like he said he would and he had everything done within an hour. I recommend him to anyone in need of Audio installments. He cleaned up all the wiring that had been under the cabinet for several year's and hooked everything up to my Surround sound system and my TV.

Derek, Joey, and Greg did an awesome job on a new multi-zone home AV install! The price was good and workmanship was very professional. Derek was very patient and helpful through the bidding process to make sure that I got what I wanted and would be happy with the equipment. I'm just getting started using all of the new equipment and apps so I'm sure I'll have questions in the coming days. They are all very responsive and great guys. My dog will be sad that they won't be coming by every day.

This was my third time getting Impact Audio Video to work on a project for me. As usual, they did a great job. I love how they take my ideas and make them better. I wanted them to run electrical, ethernet and HDMI through a wall so I could connect 2 televisions to the same source. After discussing it with Derek he recommended a way to handle things that left the wall completely free of wiring. I love the clean look.

Had a mix up on original scheduled time but Dereck shuffled their schedule and still got us in nearly to the original time. Very impressive.

If the service runs even 5 minutes past one hour, you are charged to the next 1/2 hour and not 15 minutes.

I was totally Satisfied and will be using them again .
