Jerry was right on time for his appointment and viewed my carpets before beginning the cleaning process. I had a long conversation with him prior to hiring him becuase I had pet stains on my 2 year old plush carpet that my prior carpet cleaning company could not remove. When I discussed the nature of the the stain with Jerry, he was very confident that he had the right combination of chemicals to lift the stain from the fibers. He did an extremely thorough job of cleaning the carpets and spot treating the stains. The stains were completely removed with his cleaning process and my carpets were amazingly clean.

Excellent job! He came on time, was very thorough and didn't mind that I added some dining room chairs to the job. Very reasonable cost and except for my addition of six chairs, the cost for the original job was as quoted. I would definitely use again and have already recommended Impact Cleaning to a neighbor.
