When our A/C went out last summer, Jay was the only one willing to fix the old unit, get it running and help us order a new system since ours was almost 22 years old. Jay provided great information on selecting the optimum Ruud system for our home (3,700 SF). When the equipment arrived Jay quickly reached out and scheduled the installation. Jay and his team were quick and professional in installing and communicating about the new system, making sure we were comfortable and understood how to run it. Impact Heating and Air installed our heat pump and new furnace five years ago, and now they also service the furnace routinely. Our heating bills are about half the cost now and the service is superb! There was a manufacturer problem after installation with the new thermostat and was replaced promptly. We couldnt be more appreciative of local service with a smile.

Jay was very prompt and friendly. He had to travel to from Salem to Portland to get the replacement part. Had my heater up and running by 1pm. While any repair is expensive, especially around the holidays. I felt the service was a good value.

A bit high cost for dirty filters

The service and quality of work were excellent. Very accommodating with customer's requests and in explaining what was involved. This is the second time I've hired Impact Heating. The first one was to repair my electric heater. The second one was to replace the electric heater with a new gas furnace. In both instances, they didn't disappoint. Based on my experience I highly recommend this company.

We were referred to Impact Heating and Air by our Realtor. Jay was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, and was quick to provide services. He was very well priced, and we have not had any problems since installation. We will be using him again for all our heating and cooling needs.

I would to start off by saying that Jay has good work ethics, is pleasant to talk to, he is quick to get things done, and his rates are more affordable than many of the places I called. Being on a fixed income that was very nice. Our furnace quit working and I started calling around for repair service and could not find anyone willing to drive to our town (Willamina). I called Jay and he was more than ready and willing to come out, The furnace is 46 years old, but he got the parts and got it going again. It took three trips out to get it all fixed. The first trip he got the furnace working good, but one of the three heating elements was out. He ended up having to take that back with him to rebuild it, but he was very quick and got back the next day to install it (and the furnace was usable during that time). Our furnace is now working better than it has in years. It is putting out hotter air and running a lot less than it was to get the house heated up. I know if we have problems again I will be calling Jay to do the service. I believe that so long as he keeps doing things the way he is he will build a very solid customer base in the years to come. People call back guy's like Jay for repeat jobs. Thanks Jay!

I called Jay at 7:30 after waking up to a house that was a chilly 55 degrees. Jay was over by 8am, and had it all fixed before 9am. The work was excellent, the customer service was spectacular and the price was just right, totally fair and reasonable. I'd recommend Jay and Impact Heating and Air to anyone.

I woke up this morning and my house was a very cold 55 degrees - I texted Jay at 7:30 and he was over to my house by 8am. He worked fast and got my family warm again!! Jay has great customer service skills and he works hard to make sure you are happy with the final result. His prices were more than fair and very reasonable. I cannot recommend Jay and Impact Heating and Air enough! He is great and I will never use any other HVAC company. Jay is top shelf.

I like the prompt response of next day service and use texting service to get the model number for speedy part look up. The only regret that I could not be at home due to important scheduled training but wish to be inform about the works being done at home. Anyhow, the furnace is working and it is more important as family need to be warm.

Nice guy but charge to much

Jay was excellent to work with. We recently installed a new mini-split unit in our new home construction project. He was more than happy to let me do the rough in and came out to hook it up. We worked off of a time and materials type bid and came out ahead. I would highly recommend Jay and Impact to anyone. Great prices, great service, and great quality.

Jay of Impact Heating and Air arrived ahead of schedule though he had to travel more than 20 miles. Had the parts needed and repaired my central air very quickly. I happily recommend Jay's service.

Our air conditioning stopped working after a power outage. Jay was on time for the appointment, quickly figured out the problem, and fixed it. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure everything was working right before he left. He showed me how to work the new thermostat, and did not try to "up-sell" me anything I did not need which I appreciate! Very reasonable rate. I would recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling work done and would not hesitate to hire him again.

My air conditioner stopped working. I called Jay at Impact Heating and Air at 6:10am on a Monday morning. He was at my house by 6:30am and my air conditioner was running by 6:50am.
