Impact Carpentry, LLC

Marcos' team did carpentry work under a general contractor when our addition was being built. After that we hired him to sand and stain floors, doors, and install molding. Most recently we paid him to redo our stair treads, risers and railing up to our third floor. He said he would return and put screws in the stair nosing - that never happened. In the meantime we discussed we were redoing our kitchen and wanted to have the kitchen floor sanded and stained, as we had done before. He persistently followed up with us until we were ready to do the floors and ultimately he demanded that we turn our entire kitchen project over to him, otherwise he was not interested in doing our floors. I thought we had a positive business relationship. We overlooked many finished detail issues - to be treated as if we were not spending enough money and giving a general sense of I'm doing you a favor. Here are pictures which highlight the issues in quality and attention to detail. 1. Would you be prou

Good job.

Very positive experience with Impact Carpentry. They were prompt, professional and hard working. The craftsmanship is excellent. And they did a great job cleaning up every day. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them for future projects.

They are absolute craftsman. They took our vision, helped with the design, and made it reality. Total dedication to our project. The outcome is stunning! Everyone is blown away by how beautiful our stairs are. During our final inspection, the inspector kept commenting on the stairs, how â  fantastic they are, someone really knew what they were doingâ  . Highly recommend!

Marcos and his team were a pleasure to work with. I have trusted them with 2 projects in my home, and am currently looking for others. They did a great job.

They are amazing workers, they are quick and they delivery a incredible job. The best of the best.

In October 2020 Marcos Dias of Impact Carpentry LLC signed a contract to install a stair rail against the wall inside our house and two handrails outside our house for $1800.00. He completed the inside rail and asked for HALF $900.00 until he came back to finish the outside rails. The inside rail was not HALF the job, maybe a fourth. After several congenial calls and texts, Marcos assured me that I was not forgotten that he would get back to me but I realized that he would not be able to get to it until spring of 2021. Yesterday, March 22 (5 months later) I texted him to ask if he could come during one of the sunny days this week and his response was; **please do not text me anymore. Thank you**. The person I did not, but should have hired woud have done the inside rail for $300.00 so there it is. When Home Advisor talked to Marcos he said he did not come back because I had not paid him the second half and that he would come do the work but it would not be soon. We will HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!

They are quick to respond and they got the job done in no time, highly recommend!

My whole family was amazed at the transformation in the entry foyer. I was so nervous about demolition. Wow. Since then, I've been thinking up projects just so we can get his craftsmanship and attention-to-detail throughout our homes. Should I win the lottery, I would keep Marcus busy for as long as he'd let us.

The best ever!!!!!! If you do not hire this man...your problem:)

My ceiling and walls were damaged, and the cabinets and drawers were never cleaned out after they finished the work.

I hired Impact Home Improvement for a Stair and Railing Project and adding Crown Molding throughout my home. As the project was moving along, I ended up adding the installation of hardwood floors on the upper level. I think if Marcos and his team would have stayed in my home any longer, I would have continued to add projects. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were always very respectful while here. They vacuumed and swept every night before leaving which is just a representation of who they are as a company. I am already planning my next project and have already told Marcos he will be doing the work. I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with Marcos and the product he delivered.

My job was small but somewhat complicated. Marco is as much an artist as a craftsman. Punctual, friendly, cleaned up like he was never here. I will definitely use his services again.

Marco was very prompt when communicating as well as when he was on the job. His price was fair and the quality was more than we imagined! We're beyond pleased with our new railing for our front steps. I've already recommended him to friends and family.

The team at Impact worked hard and diligently on out back stairs and deck with excellent workmanship and complete professionalism. Their do diligence to complete the work was outstanding. We are very satisfied with our improvements. And will surely contact Impact for future work.

We hired Impact to rebuild the dilapidated staircase in our older home as part of a large remodeling project. Literally everything about the experience with Marcos and his small team at Impact was fantastic. The responsiveness, the promptness, the honesty, the financial arrangements, and the work product were all exemplary. A staircase is a complex project, and we were so impressed by the results. And everyone who s seen our new staircase has been as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to do a stair project. Truly outstanding.

Great quality work and excellent customer service.

Excellent quality work!

They went above and beyond for the works they did

Marcos was very responsive and professional. I absolutely love my new stairs and custom post. I’m looking forward to working with him on more projects! If you want a contractor that is reliable, efficient and fair...look no further.

Very expedient and professional.

The owner went out of his way to help me out . He did a great job, fast, and no cleanup needed. I would hire this company again and highly recommend them. Honest and fair prices. John P.

My dad fell down the stairs and we needed double railings on are outside garage stairs asap. They fit us into their schedule and came out the next day. It looks great and my dad was very happy with the job.
