rating is ZERO! BEWARE! IHS was to install a retractable awning on my patio. I paid the deposit (1/2 total) 6/22/11. They deposited my checlk that day. I've had contact with Bob Ryan (7/29) once and nothing since then. Emails are bounced back, calls are not being returned. Had friend send message via their website's contact us page. She got a call back from "dan" with A & D Construction Services. When I asked him about Bob Ryan and Impact Home Solutions, he hung up on me. The only way 'Dan" would have my friend's name and phone number was if he had access to Impact Home Solutions website. Which he did. DO NOT HIRE IMPACT HOME SOLUTION

My Husband and I met with Bob Ryan, signed a contract with him to build a screened in porch,July 4/11 we gave him the deposit to start the job on 8/3/11. Now Bob keeps putting us off, will not return phone calls or emails.At this point I would not recommend anyone sign any contracts for work with this company, and please do not write him a check.We are at the point of asking for our deposit back.

Bob Ryan was very professional. He responded quickly to our inquiry and had great ideas to make an impact not just a home improvement. The stamped concrete patio looks even better than we imagined. Bob also provided appropriate follow up after the project was completed. We have already recommended Impact Home Solutions to others.

We love the awning. It took a few weeks longer than they originally told us, but overall they did a good job and it works great!

The job was done very well..experienced some delays which did not impact us since we were not in a rush. Most of the delays were on the final cosmetics.

The owner of the company came to our House and Bob was more than personable and very knowledgable about the industry. His presentation was respectful of the competition and allowed his experience and product to market themselves. We had 2 other companies come out and neither was in the price range or attitude of Mr. Ryan

We hired Impact Home Solutions to pour a parking slab next to the garage and they did a great job. Bob was a pleasure to work with, very attentive to details, and dedicated to doing the job right. Excellent work at a fair price. I would hire them again for other projects.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. BOB WAS RESPONSIVE WHEN CONTACTED FOR QUOTE. PROVIDED A FAIR PRICE. ARRIVED TO THE JOB WHEN HE SAID THEY WOULD. WORKERS WERE VERY GOOD AND HARD WORKING. BOB FOLLOWED UP AFTER INSTALLATION. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND IMPACT HOME SOLUTIONS FOR CONCRETE WORK.

My experience with Impact Home Solutions was exceptional. They took my design and turned it into a reality that was beyond my expectations. They stayed within my budget, offered suggestions when asked and gave me a deck that I will not one spend many happy hours on in the future but will increase the value of my home. They were careful of my other plantings and disturbed only what was necessary to do the job. I already have other ideas and plan to use Impact Home Solutions to make them a reality.

I was originally looking for pricing for a stamped concrete patio or pavers and came out with a great looking herringbone pattern deck. Bob was great to work with and his crew did an excellent job on our deck. Since we were planning on a patio, I was very suprised when Bob let me know that he could do a deck within our budget as well. I would recommend IHS to anyone looking for great service, follow up, and competitive pricing.

Fabric Awning or Patio Cover Installation and Replacement
We got a great quality awning; it rolls in and out with the sun by a sensor. Our backyard is 20 degrees hotter than the front yard; our picture window brought so much extra heat in before. My husband and I are so pleased with the professionalism of Robert and his crew. We are planning on using their services again in the future for covering over our deck.
