David was quick to respond to my request regarding my garage door and opener. He came over that same day and offered 2 options to fix my concern. After receiving a couple more estimates from other companies, I decided to go with Impact Overhead Doors. The tech, Robert, arrived on time and worked until he was done. He was polite and professional. It turned out that one of the springs came out of the box damaged (beyond his control), so David came out the very next day to replace it and added some door trim that the home builder forgot at no extra cost. Thank you David and Robert!

David was fast and efficient creating a quote, and he was patient as I changed my mind a couple times about color and style. He never tried to upsell or pressure me. The installation went quickly and I am thrilled with the doors! My house has never looked more grown up!

Very good experience. I worked with David. He came out on a Monday to give me a quote and the doors were in on Saturday. I ordered two metal doors with windows and I wanted the windows tented. Impact doors had the doors in stock, installed the windows into the doors on Thursday and out to install on Saturday. Window tent was a special order and would otherwise have delayed delivery, but David was able to have them tented by a specialist on site. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and service, and I made a new friend in David. Thank you David and Impact Overhead Doors!

Arranged with Angi to have service tech appointment on Tuesday at 11 AM. Company called at 10:55 to say the tech was running late and would be there in 15-30 minutes, he arrived at about 11:15. Diagnosis was that the logic board in the old opener was staring to fail & would require replacement of the opener. In the meantime, he adjusted the closing force to permit the opener working for the time being.

Update: The owner of the "Impact Overhead Doors" stop by today, he wanted to work out the issue that I had previously, he was extremely professional, in fact, his behavior today epitomize the way a professional should behave, I was happy so much that I accepted his revised bid, it was in fact little bit higher than the original but I fully understood why, i.e. I am going with them to convert my Garage from two doors to one door. Work has not started yet, I will wait for the whole project to be done to review again but so far they are 4.5 stars, if all goes OK, I will change it to 5 stars and hopefully not lower than 4.5 stars for my sake. This was on 11/2/2021 The project was to convert my Garage from two doors to single door. The technician stopped by, inspect everything, provided estimate, we negotiated a bit, agreed on the amount, signed the contract, paid 50% down, Technician stopped by two days before the start of the project to inspect something, all was good, day before the start of the project, got a call that they want to go over the project again. City is not approving something and it will cost more... but before they were saying they have done lots of projects like that and they have tons of experience, etc.....in any case, I could not trust them any more, who knows, once the project start they make more demand or something... in one point of conversation, the guy hanged up on me, at that point I said: to heck with them. ONLY good thing that happened is that they indeed gave my 50% down payment money back within a reasonable time... so, hire them at your own risk. I just did not find them as professional.
