Had to have a gas line installed to a spa heater. I simply cannot say enough about Impact Plumbing. Everything you could want for a job like this.Guys were on time, professional, and super friendly. We had a whole house water softener system (two tanks) and two reversed osmosis systems installed. They sold us exactly what we needed at the best price. (No hard sell or scare tactics) Gerson and his assistant were very professional, on time, informative, and did excellent work. They even came back the next day to make sure the system was running correctly. Being local, the owner of the company assured me if we ever need customer service they’ll be there for us. Highly recommend!

Impact Plumbing not only repaired a leak in the wall, but also reviewed our entire house for worn plumbing fixtures and replaced our water softener that was over 15 years old. After explaining why the need for a replace-ment, they did the job quickly and without any fanfare. Just the way they do business. I will recommend them to our neighbors with confidence, knowing they will do a great job. Thank You Joe and your fantastic staff.

Gerson arrived right on time and removed and replaced my old disposal in short order. He's exactly the kind of person anyone would be thrilled to have in their home â polite, informed, professional, effective and I could go on, but I'm guessing anyone reading this would get the picture. My neighbor recommended Impact based on the excellent experience they had. Relative to another company I'd previously called, who quoted me prices that were through the roof, Impact was very reasonable. I'm so glad I found them!!

Just starting the process... but, their customer service is at the level I prefer.

I called several plumbing companies that were highly rated on several platforms. Impact was able to come out right away to take a look at my problem and provide an estimate. Since that this was for a water main leak, I gave them a go as they could start the repair right away. Jason was very friendly and efficient. I appreciate vendors that arrive when they say they will and complete the work in the time they outline which was certainly the case here. I received a text when Jason was on his way each time. He kept me informed of progress along the way. Given the nature of this repair, it was expensive and having a courteous knowledgeable service person took some of the bite out of the situation. Would definitely use again.

Loved our service technician (although I’m terrible with names). He was knowledgeable, courteous, and had an great personality. He went above and beyond for us.

Quick response. Very communicative. Explained problem was smaller than I thought and fixed it quickly. Pricing is very fair. Will definitely use them for future projects and repairs.
