Had to have a gas line installed to a spa heater. I simply cannot say enough about Impact Plumbing. Everything you could want for a job like this.Guys were on time, professional, and super friendly. We had a whole house water softener system (two tanks) and two reversed osmosis systems installed. They sold us exactly what we needed at the best price. (No hard sell or scare tactics) Gerson and his assistant were very professional, on time, informative, and did excellent work. They even came back the next day to make sure the system was running correctly. Being local, the owner of the company assured me if we ever need customer service they’ll be there for us. Highly recommend!

Impact Plumbing not only repaired a leak in the wall, but also reviewed our entire house for worn plumbing fixtures and replaced our water softener that was over 15 years old. After explaining why the need for a replace-ment, they did the job quickly and without any fanfare. Just the way they do business. I will recommend them to our neighbors with confidence, knowing they will do a great job. Thank You Joe and your fantastic staff.

Gerson arrived right on time and removed and replaced my old disposal in short order. He's exactly the kind of person anyone would be thrilled to have in their home â polite, informed, professional, effective and I could go on, but I'm guessing anyone reading this would get the picture. My neighbor recommended Impact based on the excellent experience they had. Relative to another company I'd previously called, who quoted me prices that were through the roof, Impact was very reasonable. I'm so glad I found them!!

Just starting the process... but, their customer service is at the level I prefer.

I called several plumbing companies that were highly rated on several platforms. Impact was able to come out right away to take a look at my problem and provide an estimate. Since that this was for a water main leak, I gave them a go as they could start the repair right away. Jason was very friendly and efficient. I appreciate vendors that arrive when they say they will and complete the work in the time they outline which was certainly the case here. I received a text when Jason was on his way each time. He kept me informed of progress along the way. Given the nature of this repair, it was expensive and having a courteous knowledgeable service person took some of the bite out of the situation. Would definitely use again.

Initially, I contacted over 10 plumbing companies via Angi and through other Internet service companies before hiring Impact Plumbing. This company's work and work products are competitively priced and were extremely efficient in getting our four projects completed in a timely manner. Most important, their consistent FIVE STAR review ratings should not be underestimated, as their overall professionalism and knowledge are above reproach.

Jason was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond on our water softener installation. He is very thorough and safety conscious. I appreciate his help and feel confident in hiring them again for our future plumbing needs.

The shower head and water control knob installation went well (not a new shower installation, but there was no better choice to name the specific project); however, the plumber needed to cut out part of the drywall behind the shower, and thats when the job went south. Employees, including the plumber, assured me the drywall would look good as new after the cut out was replaced. It did not. It looked terrible! I wanted to cancel the job, but the employees promised the wall would look great. Full disclosure, the owner, Joe, called to say he would hire a drywall specialist at his expense to prepare the mess made by the plumber. But Joe was not at all professional in his comments. Repeatedly, he advised me in a not so pleasant tone, they are not in the business of drywall repair. And he kept saying that over and over. Fine, I said in response, but two of your employees, including the plumber, said the wall would look as good as new after the cut out and repair. And I kept saying that over and over. Whats more, Joe said, it does not look that bad (I sent a photo). Yes, it looked bad! Joes tone was patronizing and disrespectful. Heres my response: oh, no thank you; I will hire my own drywall professional. I hired an excellent drywall repairman who said the plumber used tub caulking to adhere the piece of drywall that had been cut out. Tub caulking! The plumber did not install water repellent sheeting inside the wall, or reinforce the cut out piece other than using the tub caulking. My drywall professional fixed all those problems, and did a great job. So, if you are looking for a plumber, just a plumber, I guess you could call Impact. But if the job requires any kind of handyman work, regardless of the promises made by the Impact Plumbing office staff and the plumber, look elsewhere.

Joe was the best. He saved us from a disaster from an emergency on a holiday weekend. He was so efficient, honest, professional, knowledgeable, so nice to work with. Completed the job quickly and so efficient. Would highly recommend this company.
