Swimming Pool Heaters Installation and Replacement
I can say this is the best company I've ever worked with recently. Showed up as promised, quickly, friendly and good fair pricing. It wasn't a big job for him, but to me it meant the world. He spent the time to figure how my pool heater works and then made i knew how to use. Would've given him 6 stars if I could've and when we decide to install an I ground pool, he will definitely be the guy I go to!

Arrived when they said he would. I was a little surprised when only one person showed up, but that is all it took. He had the proper tools and knew what he was doing. He blew out the lines and installed freeze plugs. He also did a great job of putting on the heavy kidney shaped safety cover by himself. We could not ask for anything more!

The customer service is fantastic. They also kept the appointment despite the short notice. I would have preferred a better communication from the workers as I had some expectations that were not met and that needs to be improved upon. All in all, I am good.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We're first time hot tub owners as the house we purchased has one-- we never planned on it and did no research so it was nice to have a trustworthy pro. I did compare pricing with several customers and ultimately Imperial Aquatics was the best deal but also the most prompt and helpful in answering questions before and during the servicing.

When all was said and done, I had spent nearly $800 and my pool was not clear blue. They should have returned a time or two to make sure the job was complete.

i had another company worked on my swimming pool and compare with the previous company, this company is much better than the previous one. i am satisfied with their service. plus, the company does all the pool related construction, cleaning, and repair services which can be our one stop shopping company
