The young man that worked for him did a great job on our windows. However, the owner pulled a "bate and switch" when he explained the cost per window on the phone, versus how he explained it when he arrived. The owner did a mediocre job steam cleaning the carpeting.

Jay is awesome! He is very responsive and does an excellent job. I have him clean my carpets every 6 months.

Jay called me and had Hugo come out to clean my windows the very same day. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I also hired them clean my carpets throughout the entire house including my basement area ~ on the same day as well! I appreciated their professionalism and eagerness to earn my business. I had difficult spots to be removed on our carpet. The carpet is white and I hae a dog. Also, I have used other solutions on the carpet. When a stain reappeared they came back and used a diffeent solution. Also, had our couches cleaned and they look great. We woud usr Jay and his son in the future.
