Demolition
Bill and team demolished our (still standing) fire damaged house, including foundation. The house was close to the neighbors and had a very steep pitch to the roof, so they had to cut the top section down by hand before going in with the machines. Great service, great crew, flexible and responsive. Very happy with the work.

Excavation Major Grading or Resloping
Imperial was prompt and worked steady until job was complete. Excavation was well done, county inspector had no qualms accepting finished product as meeting the permit requirements. Imperial also kept good records on job time and amount of dirt excavated.

Demo can be expensive....really expensive! Worth it though, to have professionals do the job as they took great care to mitigate damage to the cabinets below the counters.

This is an excellent company. We had a 14 foot built in cabinet-bookcase that needed removed from out family room. We received a quote very quickly and then the job was scheduled and performed on time. They did a great job removing from the floors and walls without leaving any bigger holes than was used putting it in.

I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old, I was very concerned about dust and mess with a fireplace removal in our home while we were living in it. Bill and Dan did an amazing job with containment and respecting our home, keeping it as clean as possible in the demolition process. That was most important to me.

Project was removal of built-in fireplace. A little slow in responding to phone calls. Worked hard while here, pointed out things I needed to know for followup work, and did great job of cleanup. Both I and my wife are very pleased and would not hesitate to use again if I need that type of work done.

Prompt response to our inquiry. Their bid was in line with industry standard. Our project contained a large quantity of styrofoam insulation. Bill took great care in minimizing the spread leaving our beautiful build site ready for new construction. They worked a straight eleven hour day and were just as meticulous at the end as they were at the start of the project. Exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommend them!

I was buying a house with a huge rotten workshop and carport space with a TON of trash. Bill from Imperial was amazing! He quoted it out and was very flexible working with me as the buyer and the Sellers. There was an electrical sub-panel and big wire pull, which they correctly and fully dealt with. Wonderful business and great job done!
