Very mannerable, efficient and fast! My basement went from disaster to beautiful in less than a week. The staff was always on time, did exactly what was requested and ALWAYS with a smile and postive attitude. They even went over and above to show kindness to my three year old son. I would work or recommnend this company 100% in the future!!!

Since they were working in an occupied house, scheduling was a concern. They showed up on ttime and worked around our schedule. Did quality work and were extremely fast. Good follow-up.

My wife is among the top realtors in the nation and we own several properties. We know quality when we see it. When I called for an estimate I was running out of time because I was departing Columbus that Saturday. I needed an estimate, promptness, and quality performance because I needed to restore my son's apartment ASAP. I met with the potential contractor that day, was impressed with him and his price, as well as his ability to perform promptly. He returned later, and along with his co-worker, started and completed the job efficiently. His workmanship is superb and of the highest quality. He is prompt. He is a true and able professional.

Great experience. I had a spot in my ceiling that needed to be re-textured. Imperial Drywall gave me a great price, and their service was outstanding. I was somewhat concerned after the initial work because the texture did not quite show up as much as I had hoped. I expressed this concern to the company when they followed up the next day, and without question they immediately improved the job. I can't even imagine how difficult it is to match a textured ceiling, but these guys did an amazing job (the texture and color are both exact matches). I would definitely recommend.

Overall, using Imperial Drywall was an excellent experience for us. We asked them to finish our basement walls and ceilings. We were very pleased with the quote and the quality of workmanship. Lucio came out on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule for the initial visit to quote the work. He was very professional and informative during his consultation. His employees were all very polite, skilled in their trade and hardworking. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucio and Imperial Drywall to anyone, and have already recommended him to several friends.
