The representative arrived on time and went straight to work to track down the problem. Very professional - and was able to repair the furnace quickly. He did not try to sell me a new furnace, but evaluated my present furnace's condition and gave me some excellent advice and very competitive pricing. I will recommend Imperial to anyone who has heating and cooling needs. In an industry where honesty and reliability are not always easy to find, the folks at Imperial were a great blessing when my furnace died and it was only 9 degrees.

Was the only contractor to take really check the furance unit and identified additional issues. Was able to replace and repair the unit. Everyone else wanted to sell us a new unit.
