Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Replaced roof air vents that had been destroyed & entered by squirrels. Tech Michael was extremely responsive to our needs and the timing of the job which needed to be done as soon as the squirrels had been trapped/vacated. Promised he would come when we were ready; even rescheduled & came a few hours earlier than our appointment. Pointed out a few possible future problems w/roof to be aware of. Extremely professional.

The NEaster lifted a significant number of shingles off my roof. The response was immediate and helpful. Since there. We're several emergencies, the crew was busy. That didn't stop Michael. He came within 30 minutes of my call to make a temp repair and scheduled me for the next morning at 7:00. We heard the first bundle dropped on the roof at 7 exactly. Michael and his crew were outstanding. The workers were efficient and were craftsmen. They were done before lunch. They use high quality material with a lifetime guarantee. The quality and price made selecting Imperial a "no brainer". If you are thinking about roof or gutter, you have to give Michael and Imperial a call.

I thought the work he did was ok. It wasn't perfect. But the one thing I did appreciate about working with him was that he has good customer service. I felt like he took any complaint serious and addressed them right away! Which is always good in my eyes. I would recommend him to other but warn them to make sure you are extremely clear on the type of service you are expecting and I believe he is capable of living up to it! A little direction is come times needed. ?

Mike was awesome. He identified issue (roof leak) immediately. Mike explained how he would fix the leak thoroughly. Answered all questions patiently making me feel at ease. A true professional!Repaired on 10/20/16 rained on 10/22/16 pretty heavy no leaking.

I needed one of my corner post replaced, the gutters cleaned, and gutter guards installed. Michael explained in detail about what he would do prior giving me a quote. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and was very detail oriented. I will definitely use him again.
