Contracted with this company?s shell company ?IHR Inc? and handed over $7,700 as a deposit. The company had no intention to do the work as they never pulled a permit. Demanded the deposit after the time ran out on the contract and they refused. I?m warning everybody I know to steer clear. Do a Google search and see how many times this company, IHR Inc, and Giovanni Esposito have been sued.

Imperial Home Remodeling replaced our roof and installed new shutters. I love the look and color of the new shutters- gave a fresh look to our home. John was easy to work with and his crew was very polite, friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend.

Top notch. Replaced all my siding and my roof. Had some hiccups along the way which were accidents and nobody's fault, but they went above and beyond to make it right in the end. Honest and stand by their work.

Excellent customer service great response to all questions.,had them install new gutters house looks great. Decided to hire them for again for some trim work awaiting finishing touches.

Great job at a great price

We had major work done to our house. We interviewed a couple of companies and Imperial stood out from the start. The owner met with us and went over options. We could go top of the line, economical, or somewhere in the middle. We were not pushed towards anything. The process was explained to us. It was obvious Giovanni knows the work. He is not just a figurehead. His quote was 20k less than the other company. The entire crew did excellent work. We really feel they are craftsmen. The improvement to our home is incredible. It is so beautiful. We can not recommend them highly enough. I need to add that the company is really skilled at dealing with stressed homeowners! Professionals all the way through. The roofing job took only a day and it was a BIG job. The workers were so careful with our home they went so far as to remove our Christmas lights and bird feeders and then put them back up when the job was complete. The cleanup was fantastic. The roof is stunningly beautiful. This was a hard-working crew, and we are so impressed by the work ethic and quality of the job. I recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home. We had 27 windows replaced. We now have 27 gorgeous windows that work, they have no drafts, and we have screens. This is all new to us! One of those windows is a gorgeous garden window that I absolutely love. Never thought I would actually have one. My home is gorgeous and draft-free! We had one issue that was corrected the next day. Project manager came out and personally made sure it was fixed. Nothing wrong with that. Things happen - it is how a company deals with issues that tells you who they are. Perhaps one of the best endorsements I can give is to say when a coworker, who is looking to replace windows, asked if I get anything for recommending them (she said she would call them if I did) I told her I do not get anything, but she should still call. I told her it was in her best interest to do so. I feel it is in anyone the best interest to call this company.

Giovanni was awesome to deal with . My home is a 3 level townhouse. I like how they use a drone to fly it up to show me how the job was going. Price was good but they all did a wonderful job. They really cleaned up afterwards. I am an insurance agent for Farmers Insurance. I have lots of contractors offering me their services or wanting me to refer their services to my customers. I will be referring Imperial Home Remodeling to all my customers who are looking for home repairs or remodeling. Imperial Home Remodeling has my business for life.

I have replaced three roofs with them. Two partial replacements and another was my church. I get quotes from others and Imperial Home Remodeling gives me the best price. They are easy to work with, they show up when they say, and get the work done. Even when there was a problem from another part of the roof, they honored their warranty and did small repairs. I like that GAF rates them at Certified Master Elite Roofer. Imperial Home Remodeling has great warranty.

Did a great job on the replacing shingles -(stripped it and installed ) all as promised in one day, as with any project this size there were issues that came up, they took care of without any problem, clean up was excellent. The only thing I regret is that I can't give higher than a five company deserves a ten. Would highly recommend to friends.

I spoke with John on a Tuesday evening. A week later on a Saturday my new roof was installed. The dumpster and roof materials were delivered the day before as promised. The crew members were punctual, polite and finished the job in one day! No easy feat since I had a double roof, plywood needed to be replaced and my ex-husbands amateur antennas had to removed as well.

They were very professional and did everything they promised to do. I highly recommend this company.

Great clean up!

We needed to replace a Bay Window that was 15 years old and to be installed the first week of May. Giovanni gave the estimate, discussed options, timeline and gave the best price with a quality product. What he promised came true! The quality of their work is a custom design-picture frame look around the Bay. Mike and Ray Esposito were both friendly and professional from the start of the job to its completion. By comparison they were like skilled surgeons making cuts that gave you a great outcome and you felt good afterwards! We interviewed four contractors/window installers and decided upon Imperial: family owned, no subs, great reviews, great price, fully insured and a quality product. Completed in a day as promised!

Five stars for this company. The owner came to me to discuss my needs. Gave me the most detailed description of what would be done. The price was fantastic and the supplies were superior to the other three proposals I had obtained. The job was done quickly and the place was cleaned up so well you would never know a roofing job was done. Imperial Home Remodeling is who you should contact first.
