Prompt call back after Servicemagic request. Arrived on time to survey the job, explained what needed to be done and gave a reasonable estimate. Arrived on time to do the work, and finished the job when he said he would.. Did an excellent job on concrete pool patch, small leaks, and underwater light replacement. Personable and knowledgeable.

Imperial Janitorial Maintenance & Pool Repair did a very good job. My pool required several repairs, including replacement of the water valve gears, & replacement of "O" rings, & two cracked Bulk- heads. They were able to find the parts, & do all repairs within 2 1/2 days. They did a very complete assessment, which is what I needed, because the pool is 17 years old. I was very pleased in how quickly they were able to complete this job, & get my pool up & running properly. They always cleaned-up & left the area looking nice, HOWEVER the repair did NOT last, & they could not be located at all, and they did NOT respond to e-mails, & phone.

They were delayed in getting here, but once here, they did the job I needed in a very professional manner.

He was excellent however I felt it was not professional for him to bring his wife to the work place. He finished our project and was suppose to come out to start another one but we never heard from him again.

Highly recomend. Very easy to work with, punctual and efficient. Communication and follow up were excellent. I will recommend to friends and continue to call Imperial for maintenance needs around my home.

Con: Missed scheduled arrival time, rescheduled, then missed that time as well. That cost us a half-day waiting for someone who did not arrive. Pros: Professional attitude, excellent service. Did not rest until the work was done to our satisfaction. Discussed our needs thoroughly in advance, offered alternative solutions. Communicated issues promptly, asked how we wished to have them resolved, then followed through. Rates are very reasonable, given the execellent quality of workmanship.
