this was a terrible experience.

Josh came out after about 8 hours of waiting, took the back off of my washer, reset the switch and said let it "dry out" for about 12 hours. Plug it in and if it didn't work, he would come back the next day with a new motor. no extra charge for the house call, just the cost of the parts. I was a little hesitant but I paid him by check (thank god), paid him $20 for house call and $85 dollars for resetting a switch! I didn't want to argue over it, I just wanted my washer to be fixed. It didn't work, I called and called with no return phone call. I cancelled the check (cost $20) and never heard from him again! Bad Service!

Very prompt, polite, good work. Needs to be more professional. Amount charged was double what was quoted. Wanted cash instead of check. Needs to establish business here in Kalamazoo so that banking and deposits of customers are not a consideration.
