I had scheduled maintenance with them and they pushed the appointment back. I waited 6 hours for them to show up, and no one ever came out.

They have not been working, the job is not finished. They sent someone out twice, were supposed to come to finish and never came back. My pool is still not clean, only half clean, we can not swim.

I hired Bruce to open my pool in March and they dumped all the leaves off the cover into the pool and then put in a bunch of chemicals that are not clearing anything up, I paid them and now the will not return my calls, I have not been able to use the pool

Only showed up when I called and nagged. NO communication about the status of the job. Once I paid the first invoice, they never showed up again. Did not finish the job, my hot tub still doesn't work. I would NEVER recommend this company to someone. Check other reviews, they are ALL 1 star!

We fixed several leaks and worked in partnership with the homeowner. In order to keep the cost down, we communicated with the homeowner that if they were to make access to the confined leaks, filled and tested the spa after we left the cost would go down. We experience setbacks when things were not removed in order to perform our duties. Our entire team apologizes for any miscommunication that took place. Bruce was easy to work with, was quick to get there. He serviced my Jacuzzi brand spa tub and not services will service those.
