They returned text messages, phone calls and emails promptly. Nate showed up at the time and on the dates he promised. He asked a lot of questions, which is excellent. The job was to build a cover for my pool pump and equipment as the previous enclosure had deteriorated. It was a lean-to with concrete block four-feet high walls, and an opening of about 31 inches. One of my requirements was to install J plugs by filling the concrete block with cement and inserting J plugs, so there was something to attach the sill plate to. Previous construction had overlooked this simple necessity. He removed all existing material and disposed of it. Nate installed a sill plate and attached a roof made from composite material that should not deteriorate, and he covered one side of the roof construction with plywood to block the view inside the pool equipment house from the pool area. However, since I did not specify that he paint it, he left the wood raw. I had thought he would install the same type of roof material on the side, so we were not clear on what type of product he would use for that area, and I should have been more specific with him. Since this was a confusing part, I offered to pay him to paint it, and he sent over a worker to do it. When I asked him to please leave me the paint so I could finish painting the rafters (which were also exposed to the elements), he immediately delivered the can of paint to my house. All in all, I am very happy with the work performed and it looks fabulous. He took a horrible structure which was rapidly deteriorating (it looked like an Appalachian shack), and turned it into a thing of beauty.

Tiffany was my contact person and she always responded to my messages and phone calls and answered my questions. Jikaner and Ketty worked steadily to clean numerous windows, screens, and tracks. The windows turned out very nice.

Have never had better response for service. The worker was perfect. Came in and did a job my husband had been working on for hours. She knew what she was doing and did it in 15 minutes.
