Not only does Phillip the owner of the company come out to give you a free quote but he actually does the install as well. The comfort knowing that the owner takes that much interest is the main reason I chose to go with Imperial Seamless Gutters. Phillip and Jeff were on time, took care to do good work and check over the work when it was complete. They also cleaned up after themselves. Phillip made sure to include me in the process and made sure that I was happy with is work. I am still waiting for a good rain to see how well everything works. Phillip assured me that if there were any problems I could contact him and he would come back out to my home. I would recommend them to anyone interested in quality work and material at a fair and competitive price.

Obviously highly experienced workmen, american (english speaking), and took a personal interest because it is family-run. This is significant, since some companies are larger-scale sellers using hourly help for the install (who may not have as much interest unless a foreman is present). Despite smaller business, they had all the colors and options available of a similarly previewed larger company. Price was 10% higher than similar estimate, but I was biased toward personal owner involvement. Besides, you don&apos;t chintz on a job that should last 10-20 years. Very pleased with my bet: Owner proved to have a good eye for detail - found and corrected "little things" to make the install look professional. One example: took the extra effort to cant/angle downspouts to the siding (versus a single straight downspout that may or may not be against the siding). This made a significant improvement in style and appearance. Site was left clean: no screws/sharp objects and all debris removed. While I *hope* I never need them again <grin>, they are on my favorites list. Very good company, value worth the (minimal) extra expense. They earned my strong recommendation without reservation.
