I would give Imperial Surveillance well over 5 stars if possible. They entirely exceed our expectations with customer service, quality of work, hitting the deadlines they told us to expect, and most of all -- being great with communication every time we had a question or concern. When Mark came to our business for the scheduled estimate, he knew exactly what we needed to achieve our goal of covering every area of the property and more. In addition, the security and camera system was top of the line and we are more than pleased with the capabilities available, some of which we might not even use until further needed. The technicians that installed everything were extremely polite, knew exactly what they were doing, highly knowledgeable about the equipment and technology, did not leave a mess, and right when they were done asked us to double and triple check every aspect of the project to make sure we were fully content, happy, and satisfied with the work that was done. As most always ask at the end of the review... **Would you recommend Imperial Surveillance to a friend or family member, or business associate?** -- Our answer is YES, absolutely. The way that we were treated and the level of respect that they had towards us was highly professional and we can not say better things about Imperial. I manage a property for an apartment complex. I am extremely pleased with working with the Imperial Surveillance team from start to finish. They were patient and knowledgeable about what they do to answer questions. They provided a complete estimate before starting work, which we approved. They scheduled us very quickly and got all required documents in place. The staff called us to communicate when necessary. We were not left hanging. The job install of 12 security cameras and access panel was professional. Their installers clearly know what they are doing. We would highly recommend Imperial Surveillance for any security camera and access panel needs.

Alarm/camera security system installed in commercial office building. Unprofessional company sending out installers that do not know what they are doing. After months and months of work - cameras and alarms are still not operative.

Overall experience with Imperial Surveillance was excellent, and I'm glad we went with them. The only unfavorable thing was that some components of my current security system at the time were outdated, and that wasn't caught initially. Thus, the new system ended up costing more than the estimate indicated. Nonetheless, I would still hire Imperial Surveillance again and highly recommend them to others.

This is a very small company how don't know what they are doing it took them 4 months to do the simple work at our place and we are just next door to them also they don't have any after service and everything they do went wrong in 30 days and they will not cover it under warranty so please be careful when you order your system this people are a biggest rip off i seen you can contact our company for there review and ask any of our employees and they all will say the same thing about them

Joe and his installation crew did an excellent job installing my exterior cameras. They showed up early on the day of installation ready to start working. Afterwards, they showed me how to operate the software on multiple devices. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them.

How to adjust the senitvity of the cameras.

Imperial Surveillance did what I detected another company didn't want the hassle of installing what I wanted. Jason answered every question, every e-mail until I was satisfied. On the day of instillation Jason sent an e-mail letting me know who the two techs were and what time to expect them. From start to finish the end results outstanding. I want to thank the other 3 company's for not responding to my inquiry and the other one for showing no interest by telling me it was to hard to do. Thank You Imperial. word of mouth is the best reference.

We have an Autistic Son that loves to stand out in the front yard and play mentally in his own little world. He would never harm a soul or even talk to another unless engaged. We found ourselves constantly watching him most of the day to make sure that he remained safe. That was before our new survellance system. Just having the mounted cameras is enough to scare off would be bullies and prevent problems. Dan understood what we wanted and brought in an extra guy to get the job done in a day. It feels good not having to worry about your children. I recommend Imperial, Dan & his group very highly.
