Very disappointed...We purchased our supplies and accepted the quote which was a premium price for a job we were told would take 3 days to complete. It only took a day and a half and my husband had to scrape excess grout in places. Not completely unhappy with the tile, but Joe did not return to install the two shower ledges as promised, or to inspect the tile even though I reached out several times to schedule.

Thank you for your feedback . We take every opportunity to improve our commitment to superior service. All feedback is important. Its unfortunate. Anytime there are breakdowns in the communication chain we take full responsibility. The breakdown was not only communication but in some ways expectations were not meet on both ends. Unfortunately the expectation that we return to install a shelf was not known. The installation was viewed and approved as all are at completion . We pride ourselves in putting the customer first. Calls were returned and even a return visit was scheduled but needed to be canceled last minute due to customers t

Joe is very professional, friendly, and great to work with. My bathrooms look great!! Nex and Claudia were professional and hard working. When they left for the day you could hardly tell that they were here because they clean up so well after theyâ re done. Just a couple of snags with communication but it all ended very well!!! Thank you Joe!!
