DO NOT hire Stephen Maher! I prepaid for a trash pick up for my old oven that he said would be picked up later that evening and it sat in my front yard for WEEKS! I kept getting excuse after excuse of why my oven hasnt been picked up and finally asked for a refund which he hasnt sent YET. I am not satisfied with this kind of customer service and he should be ashamed of taking peoples money. I WILL NOT be a returning customer. **UPDATE 2/6/21** After working with Home Advisor solutions team and the service technician, I was refunded my $75. It was very challenging at first trying to reason with Stephen that the $75 is mine and he needed to refund that back to me as my stove was not picked up. He did try to leverage my refund in order for me to take down my review. Buyer beware.

"As this had caused you some inconvenience to the pickup order for your trash, we are very much sorry for the delay, although I had personally explained the issue to you, and tried to reason with the customer although, to be honest, there was not much myself or the company could do as our only unit was temporarily down, although that has been fixed, no worries. And the day I texted you when our unit was back in order, you told me you wanted the $75 refund as I agreed. Our process takes up to 12 to 14 days to complete, though this was posted 5 business days later after we spoke. I asked for patience, and I had refunded the amount back of $75. This item had to be reordered as a pickup for removal to another company, as I had to sub out our snow removal and trash removal services, and we had some bad luck on meeting a quality candidate for the job, which comes with the territory of running a business, you have to make quick decisions under pressure. Although talking to the gentleman he said that he did not see the stove, as I fully understood him, as even I went to the wrong location, like the bungalow, the services were taken was set back far on the property behind a large garage. He got the order wrong and I understood, though he was paid for the job upfront. The $75 removal fee went from this company into the hands of this gentleman, and as of this exchange, it was no longer our responsibility although I paid you back this $75 charge personally from off of my register, which I use for customer transactions. I explained this issue to the customer although I cannot reason with her. I hope that she retracts the statement and understand that my work order was for Installation to 1 gas stove appliance, and I completed the order at 100% quality and gave you a free lifetime warranty as it still applies to this unit, though I mentioned the day of the transaction was completed that my personal unit was down, and I did not know when it would be available, although I can find someone to, and you said yes and paid the fee. The fee of $75 went from us to another contractor and it was out of my hands, though you received your refund and I do apologize for the inconvenience it had caused. Thank you for reading."

Stephen was professional, flexible, punctual and personable. He allowed me to videotape the project and explained what he was doing along the way. Stephen made sure everything was working well and even offered to set up the TV for me. He also explained the other services that he and his team provide at an affordable price. He was really fast. He was knowledgeable about what he needed to do without even having to look at it after I explained the job and then he explained what he did after he did it, so good communication. He gave us a discount for our son being in the service! Would definitely use his service again.

Stephen was extremely professional and punctual. He did not hurry up and ensured that the TV and soundbar were at perfect height and were a proper level. He kept explaining the process so it was a training for me while he did it. For example he applied wax at the back of the wall mount so it can come out easily whenever I need to move the TV. He also explained how he uses the slimmest drill first to ensure there are no screws on the stud thus minimizing any damage to the wall. He did hit a screw in one place in which case there was no damage to the wall(as he mentioned at the beginning) and he applied putty to fill it up. I am so happy that I went with such a thorough professional and his services are very reasonably priced.

Stephen has done multiple projects around my home, he has done a gutter cleaning, assembled my exercise bike, and installed gardening in my backyard. He is very reasonable with his pricing, he is punctual and if he will be late, he will call and let you know ahead of time. He does quality work.
