Impressive design is did an impressive job. He is not quite finished with the work but so far We are very pleased. He has also helped us in many other ways,suggestions, sources for landscaping materials,advice,and even the loan of his tractor. Over all he has done a excellent job.

I would like to voice a complaint against Mr. Coughlin, owner of Impressive Design. He has got to be by far the worst contractor we have ever experienced. We had paid and hired him to draw our plans. He did a rough sketch, we filled in what we wanted and he was supposed to get them back to us within 2 weeks...1 1/2 months later...still no updated plans. 10+ phone calls have been made to him, with no return calls. He does not communicate with his clients at all. We are going to have to hire an attorney because this man has delayed the building of our home from the summer until next spring. We also missed out on the good rates because he never called us back to give us the PLANS WE PAID FOR; thus delaying our build. We are highly disappointed with this individual and are going to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Our addition is underway at this time and progressing at a steady pace. Of course, we would like it to proceed quicker, but we've had some rain delays. Phil is responsive to all our questions and we have been very pleased with his design. His budget was a little high, but we are happy with the quality of work being done and the attention given to workmanship. So far, so good. After completion of job, I have not been able to reach Phil on call backs.
