My case was an urgent one, and the Improved Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning team resolved the issue promptly and effectively that same day. It happened to be Halloween, a day when HOA staff usually leave early, yet their responsiveness was exceptional. When I called Mahdi to inform him of the situation, he arrived as quickly as possible despite the heavy traffic and repaired the heating system efficiently. Their office staff also kept me well informed about his schedule and handled everything with great professionalism. Central A/C Installation
Angel and Tyler worked their butts off to help us with our air conditioning. They unfortunately had to do way more work than expected, however they were at our house late and always stayed in communication on what was going on. They did a great job and were very detailed and thorough with all testing making sure that the job was done right and there were no issues. We had a great experience!
