We had some shingles replaced on a very old roof. The work was done very well and it was a project no one else would do because of the age of the roof. Very happy.

Poor communication. No warranty paperwork. No response to request. License with State expired in the middle of my project.

Thank you for being so prompt with a response to my inquiry on Home Advisor for roof cleaning. I had extreme moss buildup on the west side of the roof and the bid was very fair. It wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. Jeremy is an honest, hard working employee of this company! He painstakingly removed every bit of moss and used a blower to clear off all debris and cleaned the gutters. Then he applied a solution to the roof with a guarantee of no moss growth for a year. He was so careful and conscientious. I appreciate someone who takes great care to do a job right. I will keep this business in mind when next I need roof help. Thank you so much!

I put in a request for contact, and Christian contacted me the same day (Tuesday). He came out to look at the work I needed done, and said he could have a guy there to get it done by Friday. He ended up sending a guy on Thursday, and there was a bit of misunderstanding of how the job would be done. Christian came back out, and we cleared up the misunderstanding. His guy had already left, and it was getting late in the day, but he was back out Friday morning. Christian came by later in the day to check on things, and everything was done that Friday. His pricing was reasonable, and he was quick to respond. The latter being something I have not found to be common amongst contractors. The work was completed and looks good. I would employ his services again if I needed them.

I needed moss removal, cleaning, and repair of my roof. Chris, the owner, contacted me promptly when he received our request. He explained the process thoroughly, gave me an estimate, then followed up with a written invoice including all costs. His employee, Bruce, worked more than 7 hours on a rainy day, did a thorough job, and was very pleasant indeed. Chris kept me informed of time of arrival, and notified me when the work was finished to his satisfaction. I highly recommend Improvements Done Right LLC!

The owner Chris was excellent in communication. The project was completed in 6-7 days, which I was pleased with. The employees were safe, knowledgeable and did a a good job.

The guy is taking a vest and put really hard work in my roof project. It looks terrific after his work and he is very careful with it. The technician here is very nice and helpful in everything and cleaned up in the end. I would highly recommend it.

We hired Christian Ephrem in August of 2020 for our flat roof deck work and bedroom deck work. Now it is leaking from both jobs. We have to have a bucket in the house to catch all the water. We are very unhappy.

Christian was very quick to respond to my emergency leak situation. He came out nearly immediately, assessed the issue and provided a quote for work. His crew was out later that day and repaired the initial leak and removed all moss from the roof. They came back the next day to clean and cleaned much more of the yard than was the debris from their work. They were courteous and efficient. Christian returned at the end to inspect the work and complete the final touches as well as ensure the leak was fixed. Christian warranted his work for two years and urged me to call back immediately if there was any further water intrusion. He and his team were efficient, timely, and professional.

They did a great job. Got in here quick and completed the job. Left the site tidy when they were done.

Chris responded immediately to a roof leak situation, offered a quote and stuck to it. He sent a crew to care of the problem the very next day. He will tell you himself he's not the cheapest but it provides peace of mind to deal with a professional of Chris's caliber. You don't have to worry about the efficiency and quality of the work.
