Improvements LLC were founded by a group of local contractors who joined together to bring over 75 years of construction and building experience to service the southeastern Connecticut shoreline. We offer a service above and beyond our client?s expectation. Each project we complete is a reflection of our craftsmanship and integrity. Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Did not give me what I wanted as to agreement.Left my place in a mess and refused to leave the work site as he found it.I am still rectifying things that his men carelessly did. Did not take ownership of the job and his major concern was the money.I would not reccomend him to anyone thinking of doing business with him

Concrete - Delivery
Improvements LLC was very professional. Not one of those huge conglomerates, that gives you the run-around. Quick and timely response to all requests. They built my deck and patio, offered great design idea and it looks amazing. Finally a company that I would use again! Thank you!

Basement - Remodel
The lead carpenter and his crew were fantastic - excellent quality work, good solutions to some interesting situations around windows, pipes, etc. The carpentry, drywall and ceiling are great. Work started ahead of schedule but there were several occasions when work was planned but workers did not show up. Also, final completion of knock list items, and final cleanup, dragged on for a couple weeks. The owner, who handles the business end and not the actual work, was courteous and easy to work with. I was disappointed that he would not provide a labor/material cost breakdown for the individual parts of the job (i.e. studs/drywall, ceiling, paint/finish, electrical, floor). Instead he provided different package costs. In the end, the results were great and I would definitely use this company again. I was especially impressed with the lead carpenter. He was skilled, creative and very personable.
