the owner was good to work with. But the person who did the roof left to long ruts in the grass when when he pulled his trailer in the yard to pick up trash. and i also adked thurlow's son to have thurlow call me when he picked up the remaining balance, and havent hesrd a thing

The project was estimated quickly and repairs advised were agreed to. A separate repair person completed the work and provided pictures of areas repaired.

Response time was very rapid, within one day of my initial request for quote. Work was done in less than a week and I am sure it would have been done sooner had it not rained on 3 of those days.

They are very good but too high!

We hired them to fix a roof leak. The technician sounded and looked like he knew what he was doing. However, the area of the roof he fixed was not the source of the leak and we had to have a roof leak repair specialist separately in order to fix the problem. Turns out the area he said was he problem was not even close to where the leak was. When the specialist from a different company came out, he spotted the actual problem area, and also went up to the roof to see what these guys did. He took photos and showed them to me and what was done is basically slapping on some caulk or sealant of some sort along where the shingles were slightly lifted up. And they didn't even do a clean job at that! Looked like a child's attempt to frost a cake. I'm upset that I spent $400 on that and they didn't even call me back when I had call them that the roof leak problem wasn't fixed. It's not so much that I wasted so much money on a horrible caulking job, but more so that they didn't even bother to call back or come back out to see if there was another problem. I've been working at a high-end remodeling company called Design Connection in Overland Park for 3 years and have seen lots of crappy contractors but this was beyond what I had seen before. It's almost like they just took the money and did a crap job since it was on the roof where I can't really see. Disappointed thoroughly.

The crew noticed and fixed other small repairs (1) gutter leak into stucco siding and (2) a gap between outside roof to under window not properly roofed/sealed by previous roofing company. Crew identified where the bathroom exhaust pipes were not all the way vented through the roof, stopped in the attic. Plan to fix that on another appointment. They showed me where I can extend a couple of gutters that will fix another leak. The company was very flexible and Thurlow was easy to work with on scheduling. Jose did a great job on site. Thanks
