The price for the project was a good one compared to the other three estimates we received. The quality of the furnace and condensing unit ( trane) one of the best. Contractor was jonney on the spot as far as removing the old furnace and working late to install and get the new furnace operational. Very personnal contractor/workers. Looks like they were never there. I would highly recommend In-A-Vent.

I research product that I liked the most and found that they were the company that gave me the most for the results that I wanted and needed for the installation. They very upfront with the procedures and and materials that were required to complete the job and explained what the code was to be the furnace and air conditioning units that I liked most. I would highly recommend them if I had the same house and needed the same service.

I would avoid using this firm in the future; poor mechanical work; un-present attitude from the owner. This firm did an AC installation with poor mechanical work and also without permit pulled. The owner left two messages inquiry a schedule for an inspection; unfortunately it was a lied. He lied to me and even the Magic Service Mrs. Hood at the Customer Relation that permit was pull. Until the City suggest that I contact the MN Labor and Industry which I did and permit was finally pulled on Oct. 10 2012 the same day MN Labor and Industry personnel contacted him which project was completed on July 17 2012. Horrible experienced.

Our A/C broke on July 3, one of the hottest days of the year. In-A-Vent owner Ron came out himself and fixed our unit on July 4. He arrived when he said he would, quickly fixed the A/C, and charged me less than the estimate. It was a great experience overall.

Our central A/C stopped working during a recent heat wave and we were miserable. In-A-Vent responded to my request for assistance within minutes and came out first thing the next morning. The tech was at our door exactly when they said they would be there. He was very knowledgeable and kind and completed the repair quickly. We are delighted with the service we received I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the timing, service and cost of my repairs. It was one of the hottest days in the year and he showed up early, did a great job checking the unit and was very customer friendly. I will definitely use In-A-Vent again and I highly recommend them.

I want to give them six stars. On a Saturday, they responded w/in minutes of my request, were at the house in an hour. Bright and early on Monday morning (at 7:00) they arrived an were out by noon. Wonderful, conscientious--cannot ask for better service.

Actual Bill was 50% higher that origincal estimate. Parts were not ready when work was scheduled to be done, so I was charged a fee for them to go pick them up.

"this whole review is false. I went to look at the job and told the customer we will charge parts and labor for project. I gave an approximate verbal bid for a couple hundred dollars. I sent Nate out the day we scheduled. He measured for parts then went and picked them up. Parts were ready we just had to measure to get them. The total bill was $ 350.00 for parts and Labor. we profited $50 dollars on the project. to get a review like this blind sided me. I never received a phone call or complaint over the bill from the home owner and we gave them a very fair price. Anyone who knows us, knows this review is not valid. Thanks, Ron"

Began and completed work within 24 hours of scheduled dates, went about their business with minimum distubance, responded to questions appropriately and in a timely fashion and left the basement cleaner than it was when they started. I have no complaints and would recommend that friends or family consider obtaining a bid from In-A-Vent for their heating and AC.
