It was a small project. Just removing an old hose from a spigot. He showed up on time, completed the work, and left. Fast and efficient.

The plumber tried to reconnect the kitchen faucet plumbing and left my home, but the plumbing had a leak. I called the plumber and told him that I saw a leak in the kitchen faucet piping. He came out to inspect the plumbing. He saw the small leak and replaced the piping.

Plumber was patient to answer my questions in detail so that I understood what and why. He treated me as an equal in his explanations. He is very easy to work with my project.

Plumber misdiagnosed the problem. I had to let him go as he was struggling to figure out problem and I had to hire another plumber. I paid In and Out for their time, even though problem wasn't solved. I won't use them again.

Came same within 2 to 3 hours of making the Angi request. Even went out to purchase the part needed and return to replace.

The plumber, Fernando, was very kind, understanding and competent. He handled a sensitive problem, caused by a special needs young adult, with care as well as expertise.

WARNING-Dishonest Company Do Not Use Them On 7-06-24 I hired them to install a MOEN auto shut-off valve. This required cutting the main water line and inserting a threaded adapter on both sides so the unit can be inserted-a simple job. After the plumber left, I noticed water was dripping from the pipes. I called them and the plumber returned to fix the leak. Many hours later he explained that he had to return my pipes to the original state after he broke the retaining ring that attaches the unit to the pipe. He handed back my $500 MOEN unit in pieces and told me to call his office. After multiple conversations they refused to make things right and incredibly claimed I was to blame. They then said they were refunding my money, and I was my own with the ruined MOEN unit.

Overpriced, the plumber and the dispatch gave me different quotes that I had to negotiate down on site, and the plumber did not fix the issue .I ended having to bring in another plumber who cleared the issue in about 5 minutes for a third of the fee.

Had a real good experience with a stove gas to electric conversion project. We appreciated having a single contractor able to do all the electrical and drywall work including patching. The quality of the work was excellent.

Got an email and call the morning after my request to replace a broken water heater. They came out in the afternoon and got it done in a couple of hours.

I recommend In & Out because they installed a new water heater the same day I called them -- this is key, of course; nobody wants to be without hot water for any length of time. However, the price was a gouge. The fact that many plumbers are charging ridiculously high prices for their services and especially water heaters smacks of price fixing and collusion. The plumbers were polite and seem to have done a good job as there have been no leaks or failures so far (10 days).

Received a call from In & Out within minutes of submitting the request in Angi’s App. From there on things continued very smoothly from scheduling an appointment to satisfactory completion of the project. I was very satisfied with their (Dominic’s) service.
