WARNING-Dishonest Company Do Not Use Them On 7-06-24 I hired them to install a MOEN auto shut-off valve. This required cutting the main water line and inserting a threaded adapter on both sides so the unit can be inserted-a simple job. After the plumber left, I noticed water was dripping from the pipes. I called them and the plumber returned to fix the leak. Many hours later he explained that he had to return my pipes to the original state after he broke the retaining ring that attaches the unit to the pipe. He handed back my $500 MOEN unit in pieces and told me to call his office. After multiple conversations they refused to make things right and incredibly claimed I was to blame. They then said they were refunding my money, and I was my own with the ruined MOEN unit.

Overpriced, the plumber and the dispatch gave me different quotes that I had to negotiate down on site, and the plumber did not fix the issue .I ended having to bring in another plumber who cleared the issue in about 5 minutes for a third of the fee.

Had a real good experience with a stove gas to electric conversion project. We appreciated having a single contractor able to do all the electrical and drywall work including patching. The quality of the work was excellent.
