Late, last minute call, but they were very understanding and responsive. Unlike two other places we had used before who said they would schedule for Monday, In Demand understood we had issue and couldn’t turn water off. They immediately scheduled a representative who explained everything and gave options. Russell was very professional and thorough and got the job done completely and correctly. The first time. Jeff was prompt with the initial quote via Yelp. He asked questions to find out more about the type of water heater I had. He sent a text message about 20 minutes early to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he had his mask and gloves on. He was able to assess the situation and within 45 minutes was able to complete the job. He also made recommendations on what to expect based on the age of the water heater and did recommend looking into getting another one soon. The payment was easy and affordable.

Jeff was on time and ready for covid 19. He was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He worked very hard installing 3 toilets in my house today and they work and look good.
