Although it was 1st time hiring a property inspector, seemed like a fairly painless procedure. They were on time, sufficiently thorough and helpful with suggestions and answers to my questions. When I received the online report I was amazed in the amount of details it provided, although I'm still going over much of it. Overall, I think the whole process will be of considerable value come the time to plan our renovation/remodel of our property.
