Knowledgeable. Offers suggestions and solutions. Great personality. Timely. Well prepared with tools and supporting materials. Extremely cost minded at a job and pocket book perspective. Deck or Porch Repair
Bobby called me back within abut 10 mins after posting my search request. He's a Go-getter, Came out the next day for a small deck repair to replace a few water rotted boards, installed a new motion light sensor and put in a new ceiling fan -- all done within a couple hours of arriving.
