Jim is a Joke. Let's start with bad follow up communication. He said he knew how to fix the issue and asked that I send the model number and a picture of the error message. Which I did. When he arrived he acted unsure of himself. i asked him if he received the info I sent... he did not respond. He took one look at the dishwasher and said the board needed to be replaced. The part was in Baton Rouge, but he said he have to return the next day. No specific time was given, but he said he would call me. That did not happen. I sent a text and he finally responded that he would be there tomorrow.. no time given. He eventually said 9-11am. He arrived late. I actually had to help him install the new board...That did not fix the problem. He left again claiming he could not reach Whirlpool and he would have to return later. After his third visit he said the board was not the problem , but the touch pad needed to be replaced an he left again after taking the new board out. He finally called back and said he could not return the new board as he had installed it and the part company would not take it He said he was out $225.00 and would not work on our equipment. Who claims to have been doing repairs for 16 yr, but does not know that electronic parts are rarely able to be returned once they were installed. This guy is a joke. Unprofessional at best. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY

David was wonderful: responded immediately, on time, brought anticipated parts with him. Got my refrigerator/freezer working right away for a reasonable price. Very pleased and highly recommend.

In March 2019 $800.00 + was paid for range top repair . Parts were replaced and a week later it shorted out. Multiple phones calls were made with no response. Home advisor was notified and a claim was filed. Since then have spoken with claim adjuster maybe 3 times with no results. HA has not contacted me despite leaving messages & my email on file. Nor have they requested cancelled check. I am very disappointed with HA overall claim handling. I dont have stove & out if $800.00 +

The company were punctual when the appliance was worked on first. Now I am needing Jim to come back to look at the appliance as it is not electrical it is the unit that has issues. Since April 4, he has not responded to any communications. We did have an electrical contractor come look at the electric in the home and the issue is in fact with the appliance.

We have mistakenly contacted this company twice. Once to repair our refrigerator that was not cooling Once this issue was repaired within hours of him leaving the ice maker no longer produced ice and the refrigerator began freezing all of the food. So everything in the lower part of the refrigerator is always frozen. When called to report this issue I was told that he didn't touch that part of the refrigerator and I would have to pay another fee for him to come out for this service this was after he took about 3 weeks to return my call. Then we had issues with our stove having a gas leak not realizing this was the same repair guy he came in looked around and said he would look for the needed parts and contact me within a day or 2 with a quote it is now going on 3 weeks with no response from him. If the problem with my stove is indeed a gas leak as he stated why would you as a professional not be more mindful of the safety of your clients and offer a speedy resolution to the problem. I am beyond disgusted with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Utilize them at your own risk!!!
