InHome Genius is the most professional and courteous service provider I have ever used for my home. Prompt response time and explanation of services provided is best in class. Although probably not the cheapest route to take to get my home audio up to par, I am very satisfied with the end product & functionality, I do think they are worth every penny and I would not consider using anyone else for these types of projects. I would recommend them to all family and friends.

Jarod and Cameron were absolutely wonderful. Their knowledge was outstanding....and we have older av equipment. They were more than pleasant to have in our home, when something wasn't quite to our liking they immediately returned and made it right. Amazing people to find in the repair business in this day and age. we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We have adopted this family into ours. When we need media jobs done, we are calling them back for everything!!! Super nice and white glove customer service. Jared and his crew were excellent. The installation went smoothly. Jared took took extra time to show us how everything worked. I was impressed with his expertise. He did not over sell a system. He gave us exactly what we were asking for. The home theater system he recommended sounds better than the Bose System I have used in the past. Excellent job, we couldn't be happier.
