Russ was professional from start to finish, worked with me on budget and scope to get to a project I could afford within budget, didn't take payment until after I was satisfied, and kept working until I was. All in all, a great experience working with Russ and I will hire him again for my next job.

Russ and his crew did a good job. They arrived when they said they would. They power washed and painted with the colors I chose. Russ took my front screen door for a few days and painted it carefully protecting the screen; then he reinstalled it with new hardware.

We had a great experience with them. They built us a wood patio and some custom stairs and platform for our above ground pool. We get compliments every time someone comes new over. The painter missed a few places, like a window sill and a small area on one wall, but his estimate for the job was significantly under the other two bids I'd gotten, so I'm very pleased to have gotten a good job done for a very good price.

Russ did a very good Job, power-washing, prepping and painting my Patio, front porch and painting the trimming around my house.

Russ and his crews had to come over a few times to get it right but Russ was always adamant about not having to pay until the job was done right!

Russ, owner of In N Out construction was great to work with. He always kept me inform of when he was coming or that one of his contractors would be there. First he replaced some damaged siding and added trim, then he had a painter come and caulk all areas that needed and the painting began. Even with a bit of rain on day of painting, the job was done in a timely matter and very happy with the end result. Having worked with contractors on a few house projects, Russ has been by the far the best to work with! I will definitely call him for my next project when needed.

They did a good job power-washing, prepping and painting our house, and power-washing and staining the railing and fence. But the employee tasked with doing the painting and staining didn't show up until noon or 1 in the afternoon. One day, it was 4 p.m. before he showed up. It took 5 days, when it should have taken only 3. We are happy with the results, though.

We were very satisfied with the workmanship and communication with any & all workers on the project. The 2 level deck was built to our specifications and material used the best quality for the area. The project was completed in approx. 2 days.

I could not communicate with some members of crew whom spoke only Spanish. They did a lot of work in the 13 hours they spent on this project.
