We gave her money up front before the job was to be done. We decided after her initial visit not to use them. She refused to give our money back. We do plan to go to small claims court.

Many people rejected to do my catio project and the ones who took on the job lacked the skills to complete it. In and Out was the third people I had to hire. Angie is super personable and kind. I felt like I was working with a friend. She understood my struggles with the project and was so diligent to work with me on all aspects. Her contractor did not take any shortcuts on the major part of the project. He took his time to plan carefully and make the best use of the supplies I provided. He even put in his own creativity to make it safe, look clean, and appealing. The second part of the project was rushed, but also minor. I understood cause he took so much time to make the major part absolutely superb. My fur baby and I are beyond please and will contact Angie for any further projects. I wish home advisor would let us post a picture of their work, cause I would love to show it off!

Fixed our deck as well as other small home projects. Very friendly. My jobs were too "small" for other contractors; they jumped right in!
