Write a ReviewI had the Team out to perform and AC service and Furnace tune up. With such great service and comparable pricing I ended up moving forward with duct cleaning services. The guys were friendly and professional they were also nice to my doberman.
Talk you into way more services than you call for - scare you into needing the extra services or your home will not be safe. Automatically transfer you to a lender that will support a loan for the services they talk you into and then heavily pressure you to get them done asap so that they can be paid by that lender. The last step is to auto transfer you to that lender during a wrap up scheduling call who then tries to convince you to pay off their debt through a home equity loan that they of course will be happy to sponsor. Always have a written excuse for these tactics when a review is posted that disputes all negative points but too many reviews say the same thing. READ THEM ALL - GOOGLE TOO BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM. You can put lipstick on a pig but itâ s still a pig. Donâ t get caught in their horrible business plan.
Hi Debora, We do advise when looking for a duct cleaning that when you book an appointment this is first for a consultation to have our team review and provide pricing after vitals and data is collected as every home is set up differently. Due to the urgency of the nature we were able to get our team out the next day with the Christmas holiday as well to help better service your needs and your needed time frame we rearranged scheduling to make this possible and provide better service. In regards to the remainder of your project we wanted to at minimum get this prescheduled out to stay on top of completing your project once our scheduling department was given this time frame we refrained from contact and waited until after advised to reach out and schedule the remaining work. As for Goodleap we have no control over their solicitations and communications other than assisting with the loan application. We are partnered with them to offer our customers easy payment plan methods for larger projects that can offer 0%. interest plans. We are not in charge of their payments to be made to them or other plans and products. We are not affiliated to them and their business practices. For questions and concerns we advise to reach out to their customer service at 844-910-011. We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy our services as other previous reviewers have. We always strive to be informative and provide customers information on the safety and health of their home equipment at minimum and provide solutions to take care of them. It is each homeowners decision on what is moved forward with if anything.

Hi Frank, We are not out to take advantage of any customer. We come on site assess the needs asked by each customer, We also check the home's safety for our work to be completed properly. At minimum we advised of any concerns or recommendations to each homeowner so they can make the best educated decision. After this is reviewed together the homeowner can decide what needs to be done and agree before any work is completed. We are not an hourly nor time and material company and everything is packaged and customized to each home and the work to be completed.

I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) BTW...we had already purchased everything, Jordan installed it and got it all set up for us. Many thanks!
