The price was somewhat higher than I expected, especially when I saw how little time it took. The work was done well, and (again) quickly, and the people were clean and took care of COVID protection. Got in touch with them, but also not perfect. Still, the job got done quickly and well once contact got made. I would use them again, mainly because relatively high charges are just about unavoidable with plumbers. They did what they said they would do, for the price they quoted me and did it well.

The man I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant. He told me that he could do the job the same day. He came within the time frame he told me. I was not home at the time, but my adult daughter was. She told me that he was very nice. Our dog kept barking at him, and he still was kind to the dog. When I got home, it was a relief to have the faucet working properly. I was charged the amount I was quoted, which was less than other estimates.

Gary fixed a water heater for me in a prompt and efficient manner. He offered me a number of repair options, which I appreciate. He had the parts needed on the truck, which made the job much smoother. I am always shocked at the cost of repairs, and I suppose Gary's price was right in line with others.

This was a huge project-every pipe was replaced in a 3 flat-which involved coordination of tenants and daily work. Gary Jr.,father and crew were amazing. Always on the job, courteous, and did an excellent job. Bid was fair and we decided to have much more done while walls were open and we were in the apartments. Everything was clean and always picked up and floors were covered.
