The company said they could repair our fans or there would be no change for the troubleshoot. They came out and could not repair the fans. Before they came out we mentioned that we were 95% certain that the issue was a circuit board which they said they could fix. After arriving the repair man said they don't work on circuit boards. We were still changed! They reduced the repair estimate cost but we would not have hired them if we had known that they don't install circuit boards. Plan on paying $289.00 for this company just to come to your house!

I'm really happy with my experience with this company, which contacted me immediately upon receiving my request and booked a service call within 48 hours. My technician Marciel turned up on time on the early side of the 2-hour window and was very courteous and informative. He checked the non-functioning powerpoint and the fusebox, gave clear explanations about the problem and fixed everything quickly. It's a huge load of my to-do list and I only had to pay the callout fee. Thanks Marciel and In-House Electrical.
