Mr. Russell did the inspection in a very thorough manner. From the facetime to the written report, everything was done with professionalism. Mr. Russell was able to help me see from a long distance that the home was not in a condition that was desirable for me. Therefore, I am using him again to do another inspection on another home I am hoping to purchase. I know he will do as good a job in the next one as he did in the last. I have total confidence in his abilities.

Mr Russell provided a very detailed home inspection report. It included photos of items of issue with detailed explanation. He also blue taped everything this truly enabled my new home construction to be the easiest walk thru I have ever experienced!! I also appreciated the quick response he answers phone calls!! Very professional and courteous and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Mr Russell. He was able to provide home inspection with only one day notice.

I got three different quotes, and one of the places was asking me what he needed to do for the VA inspection. Mr. Russell obviously has done many VA inspections because he knew the terminology to use, where to use the terminology, and that the VA is very interested in the safety and the actual living quarters of the house. David was very thorough and respectful of our time. There was an issue with the plumbing that caused a small flooding of some of the floors when the water was turned on as the house had been vacant when the massive winter storm hit. He acted quickly to turn the water off and contact the agent immediately so that the cleanup and repairs could begin immediately. Thatâ s great service in my opinion.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 star I would. Dave was absolutely great to work with. He was very thorough, did not hurry the process in any way, very knowledgeable and totally professional. Also, much appreciated was the fact that as I was unable to be on site for the inspection my wife went for me. He treated her with much respect, took the time to answer every question, and in no way made her feel like the â little ladyâ that all too often happens to women when dealing with men in a business situation. I will, and already have, recommend In the Know Inspections and Dave to everyone I meet that are in need of this service.
