He fixed the gas leak that was coming from an old connection on my house, installed 2 pressure assist toilets, did a colonoscopy of the house with a camera to make sure there were no breaks for an inspection, changed the hot water heater and added a drain pan as well as a water leak censor. He also installed my new amazing kitchen sink. He cleared the condensation pipe for the ac and helped me figure out why my bathroom smelled bad (you’re supposed the clean the hair out of the drain ever now and then). I have not had a single issue with any if his work to date and he installed the hot water heater a little over 3 years ago.

Our kitchen faucet, that came as a package with our sink, broke after only 5 years. James, from In Tune Plumbing, installed a very nice faucet for us (this time we chose a manufacturer with a lifetime warranty). We were pleased with how quickly the job was done, and how careful he was to leave the work area so clean after he finished. I definitely recommend In Tune.

James was great! We had an issue with our tub leaking and he came put quickly, explained the issue, fixed it right away, and was super reasonable! I will call him anytime I have a plumbing issue. Highly recommend!

James finished the job in one trip. He spotted a water pressure problem and was able to solve that also. Easy to work with and left the jobsite cleaner than he found it. Call James first and save time.

James with In Tune Plumbing is very efficient, knowledgeable and communicative, and I would highly recommend him. During the winter storm in Jan, the water line for our ice maker burst and started leaking through our ceiling. James went above and beyond helping us close off the line. He came back later and changed a shutoff valve for cold water on the water heater, ran a line from the water heater to the ice maker also replacing the shutoff valve there. .. ultimately fixing the whole problem. Without his help, we would have had way more water damage. 5/5 stars!

I ask him to replace a busted water line in my attic. And it ran from the water heater to my ice maker. And he also shut off 2 shutoff valves one on each end. And to say the least when my wife noticed water coming through my ceiling I contacted him,and he promptly came and cut the water off made my water line useable until I could set a time for him to repair. He was fast efficient and communicated everything to where even I could understand what needed did and how he was going to do it. He’s very upfront no hidden anything he’s fair honest and dependable. I personally give him a 5 star rating. And me being disabled it’s nice to know someone when you’re in a pinch that won’t rob you blind when you’re in need of their expertise. Wes James
