"Hi Charles, We apologize for you dissatisfaction, and would like to get more information on how we could improve that if possible. The job request was for a plumbing repair which was handled and resolved, and then cleaning the eves on the roof of the property. After the technician had a chance to look at the roof, he determined the roof was structurally unsafe to clean the eves at that time. Instead of charging for additional work that would leave you unsatisfied or cause additional damage he actually had referred other companies that would be better suited for the task. Again, we apologize if that was not the outcome you had hoped for, but based on the information we had after seeing the property it was what we felt would be the best, and safest resolution. Not only did In A Snap respond to my request for service immediately, they actually arrived on time to give me estimates. They performed several jobs for me from replacing sheet rock to installing new faucets. I am very impressed with their work, and highly recommend them.
